Frequently asked

The questions every new mama asks.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network with most insurance plans, which lets us spend real time with you instead of fighting paperwork. We accept HSA and FSA, provide superbills for reimbursement, and offer transparent self-pay pricing and family wellness plans.

How much does the first adjustment cost?

The 15 min consultation is always free. The new patient exams is $97 and includes your report of findings. Ongoing adjustments are $50. Family plans are available to bring this lower per adjustment.

How long until I feel better?

Every individual is different. Some patients notice meaningful improvements early in care, while others need more consistent visits before changes appear. True corrective change takes time — your nervous system needs time to relearn — and consistency with your personalized plan is what supports lasting results. We'll give you a realistic, individualized timeline based on what we find at your exam.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Yes — Webster trained prenatal care is specifically designed to be safe and supportive throughout every trimester. Many of our mamas adjust right up to their due date.

Is it safe for my baby?

Yes. Pediatric adjustments use no more pressure than testing the ripeness of a tomato. Dr. Michelle is Pediatric-trained and adjusts babies daily.

What should I wear?

Whatever feels comfortable — leggings, joggers, soft layers. No need to change clothes.
